It is easy to give up when daily challenges get overwhelming. At a point of hopelessness, even the small faith you have in humanity or possibilities disappears. A lot of people have toyed with the idea of suicide. How do you deal with this faith hope suicide swing without succumbing to pressure?

Accept that there is a reason for everything you encounter in life. His will help you search for this reason and attempt to solve the problem at hand. There are situations that emerge in order to strengthen you or prepare you for the future. Once you overcome this situation, you will be more prepared for the future.

Note down the issues that are bothering you and pushing you towards hopelessness. This helps create a narrative of the scenario you are dealing with. The narrative gives you a real picture of what you are going through. The difficult you are facing could emerge from lack of details. Even the solution will be difficult to come by if details are not available. Information and the narrative boost your understanding of your challenges and makes the search for a solution easier.

Engage a friend, family or acquaintance to help find a solution. There are reassuring words and suggestions that come from friends to give you hope. A counselor is, in fact, the best placed person to assist. The insights that come from talking to a friend or professional counselor will not be available if you remain closed and alone over the issue. Decisions are better to make when you have a support structure besides you.

Leave your current environment. Enclosed spaces and the same surroundings means that you will be regurgitating the same ideas. Minor issues appear tough if you are still operating in the same environment. Meet new people and go to places where finding a solution will be easy. Once you open to a new environment, even solutions will be easier to find.

Appreciate what you have and begin to affirm the positives that are happening around you. A lot of suicides happen because the victims do not see anything good in other people. Appreciate that you have people around, food, cloth, a few dollars and such provisions.

Accept that which you cannot change and move towards adjusting. A lot of suicides and hopelessness comes from people who want to live a life that is imaginary. If you wanted an opportunity and it is gone, accept the new reality and adjust. Do not hold onto something that is impossible to hold. Let go and embrace your new reality.

Be patient as you work on new ideas and possibilities. Do not rush then experience frustrations in the process. Work on your skills, talk to more people, build up your resources and the results will surprise you. There are numerous blessings when you wait.

Borrow lessons from your past about solutions that have been helpful. How did you overcome pressure last time? Use the same tactic or an adjusted version of the same. It opens your eyes to the fact that you have survived worse situations. You can still survive the current one.
